RETURNS
How do I return my order and what are the conditions?
- You can return your order within 14 days after receiving your order.
- Send an e-mail to info@sneakersandlaces.nl stating your name, full address and order number. We will reply to your request within 2-4 business days. You will receive further instructions about your return request by email.
- The returned products must be completely new, i.e. not worn and in their original packaging perfectly intact. Our team will strictly check the product(s).
- Returned products showing any signs of wear of use or damages will not be accepted. Additionally, the return request will not be accepted if the product is made unreasonable for sale or if the product does not correspond to the one initially ordered.
- Returned products must be sent in an extra shipping package to prevent any damages to the original shoe box. Sneakers & Laces NL has the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged.
- Shipping costs made to return your order will not be reimbursed by Sneakers & Laces NL.
- The customer will have to ensure that a reliable logistics service provider is selected and that the item is delivered to the Sneakers & Laces NL warehouse. We advice you to use a traceable shipping service with shipping insurance when returning your order. Sneakers & Laces NL is not responsible for lost products when customers return products.
- Sneakers & Laces NL thoroughly checks all items before shipping. If the item you receive does not match the item you ordered on the website, please contact us immediately!
ORDERS ON REQUEST CAN'T BE RETURNED
If you order an item on request, you cannot return this item to us. Why? Because this item was not in our available stock and was personally purchased for you. We thoroughly check every item purchased on request before it is shipped to you.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you notifying that we have received your returned product(s).
- If your return is accepted, the amount of the ordered product(s) will be credited to your original payment method. If you have opted for an exchange, you will receive an email with the new order. It can take up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
- If your return is refused for one of the reasons mentioned, you will be informed by e-mail by our customer service within 7 business days. We will send the returned items back to you at your expense.
